Laurie E. Williams, CPA is an accounting firm specializing in tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses. We also provide accounting support through on-site, internet and phone support. Our firm was established in 1991 with a commitment to providing personal services from a CPA. All meetings and phone calls are handled personally by a CPA so that you have the highest level of confidence in the advice and assistance which is given.

TAX SERVICES

We provide year round assistance in tax planning and preparation of all federal and state tax filings, including electronic filing for federal and state of Massachusetts tax returns. We also provide IRS audit representation. We offer free ½ hour initial consultations or if your schedule makes it difficult to meet, we offer drop-off and mail-in tax services.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We have extensive knowledge and experience in accounting. Although specializing in QuickBooks® software training and support, we also provide support for other bookeeping software/systems. We can help set up your system, answer simple questions or provide extensive bookkeeping services. We review books for all corporate clients on an annual basis, prior to year end, to ensure proper accounting and to minimize any tax burden.

BUSINESS START UP CONSULTATION

If you are considering starting your own business you should discuss the benefits of each type of business organization prior to filing with the state. I provide consultation to explore the following types of business organizations: LLC, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship and how each one effects your tax situation.

All meetings are by appointment only. Please call our office at 603-880-8180 to schedule an appointment. There is no charge for the first ½ hour initial consultation either in person or over the phone. Appointments may be scheduled through e-mail.

From the Everett Turnpike North take exit 8. At third set of lights, take right onto Route 101A (Amherst Street). Go 9/10 mile to third set of lights (NH Vocational College is on the corner), take right on to Thornton Road. At first stop sign bear right, at second stop sign go straight across the road. Go ½ mile to number 40 on left hand side of road.

From the Everett Turnpike South take Exit 10. At end of ramp take right. Go 7/10 mile; at second set of lights take left onto Continental Boulevard. Go 1.7 miles, at second set of lights take left onto Tinker Road. Go 7/10 mile down road (stay to the left at fork). At four way stop sign take left onto Thornton Road (no street sign here). Go ½ mile to number 40 on left hand side of road.

From Route 101A Heading East take left onto Thornton Road (NH Vocational College is on the corner). At first stop sign bear right, at second stop sign go straight across the road. Go ½ mile to number 40 on left hand side of road.

From Merrimack take Continental Boulevard to Tinker Road set of lights (this is the last set of lights before you come to Route 101A at Pennichuck Square). Take left onto Tinker Road. Go 7/10 mile down road (stay to the left at fork). At four way stop sign take left onto Thornton Road (no street sign here). Go ½ mile to number 40 on left hand side of road.
